Our aim is to re-engage learners who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education, to foster a renewed love of learning, and to support each learner in reaching their full potential.

We aspire to provide a high quality education setting where leaners feel safe, and nurtured. Through high-quality teaching and personalised support, creating a positive learning experience that meets the needs of every learner. We promote leaners to aspire to look towards the future and follow their individual pathways.

Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to ensuring every learner feels valued, respected, and supported—regardless of their background, ability, or individual needs. We embrace diversity and actively work to remove barriers to learning, ensuring that all learners have equal access to opportunities to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We foster a sense of belonging and empower every learner to reach their full potential.

Furthermore we are supporting local schools with outreach to promote and support inclusion across the borough.

That’s why we place a strong emphasis on building trusting relationships and maintaining open, consistent communication with parents and carers.
