Opening September 2025
At Raise Rochdale Pupil Referral Service, we are dedicated to maximising the benefits of the Sports Premium funding to enhance physical education and sport for all students during the academic year. Our primary goal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to engage in physical activities that promote healthy lifestyles and overall well-being.
The allocation and monitoring of Sports Premium funding will focus on specific areas for investment, including continuous professional development (CPD) for teachers, transportation solutions, swimming sessions, and sports resources. We will evaluate the impact of these initiatives through assessments of student engagement, participation rates, and improvements in staff confidence, with an annual review to measure overall effectiveness.
Additionally, we are committed to promoting inclusive participation, ensuring that all students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds or with special educational needs, can take part in sporting activities. We are committed to fostering physically active, resilient individuals who value health and well-being, preparing them for future success both inside and outside the classroom.
