Opening September 2025
At Raise Rochdale Pupil Referral Service, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all our students. Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), Anna Swailes, plays a pivotal role across all three sites in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive tailored support to help them thrive.
Anna is responsible for identifying students who may require additional assistance. She works closely with staff to develop individual support plans that are specifically designed to meet each student's unique needs. Her commitment to liaising with parents and teachers ensures that everyone involved is kept informed about each child's progress and the strategies being employed to foster their development.
Additionally, Anna provides essential training and guidance to our teaching staff, equipping them with effective strategies to support students with SEND. By monitoring and reviewing the progress of students, she ensures that the support provided remains effective and responsive to their evolving needs.
Through her dedication, Anna fosters a collaborative and nurturing educational environment, enabling every student to achieve their full potential academically and socially at Raise Rochdale Pupil Referral Service.
